With a well loved Indonesian sweet fritters as the concept, we decide to make a cocktail as a tribute.
Made from Blended Scotch Whisky, Sous-vide with Ambon Banana at 60°C for 2 hours to fully absorb the flavour of the banana. Mixed together with Banana and Chocolate Liqueur. Topped with Banana Nuttela Chip.
