Crafted by Tukiman Darmowijono around 1980ish, a fruit dessert successfully made teenagers around Jl. Semarang, Jakarta crazy about it. Most of them describe the dish is that good that make them feel fly or "Teler", the the dish is called "Es Teler" until now. We translate the concept and ingredients of Es Teler into a Rich and Creamy Cocktail named "Drunken Ice Tea".

Crafted by Sous-Vide Jackfruit with rum, then mixed with Dragonfruit infused Coconut Water, and topped with Pandan Foam to give such a silky smooth texture, Drunken Ice Tea will give you an astonishing experience on your visit.
